Student Hostels

Affordable accommodation in a student house is available. The Student Hostel DS 10 is located in the Gdańsk-Oliwa district, within easy walking distance of the conference lecture halls. The rooms are budget-friendly, but not luxurious. There is one shared bathroom for every two rooms. Accommodation of accompanying persons is  possible subject to availability of rooms and at an additional fee.

The IWASOM’24 conference is co-financed by the Ministry of Education and Science, Poland under the programme “Excellent Science II – Support for scientific conferences”.  The granted support enabled us to make the conference more affordable for young scientists by providing a limited number of free accommodations in Student House DS 10, near the University of Gdańsk campus.

The processing of your reservation is subject to payment of the conference fee before 17th May, 2024. Booking confirmations will be sent via email before 7th June, 2024.

Free accommodation in student house is not guaranteed in case of high number of conference participants.
