• The poster session is scheduled for Tuesday (July 9th), starting at 16:30, and will take place in the lobby of the conference venue, near the lecture hall entrances.
  • The posters will be displayed in the lobby for the duration of the conference in a poster exhibition. We invite all participants to hang their posters immediately upon registration and leave them up until the end of the conference. This way, the exhibited posters can disseminate the scientific findings, promote the research groups, and stimulate the discussions during coffee breaks.
  • Due to limited size of the poster stands, the dimensions of the poster cannot exceed the dimensions of A0 paper format (119 cm x 84 cm) in portrait orientation.
  • Basic tools (adhesive tape, etc.) for hanging your poster will be provided. It is recommended that you bring your own materials as a backup.
